ESSA Summer School 2018, 13-17 August, Växjö, Sweden

The 9th ESSA Summer School in Social Simulation will be held in Växjö, Sweden, in the period August 13-17, 2018. This year’s topic is “Models in the real world”, with a specific focus on linking ABM with empirical data and building cognitively sound agents’ decisions and behaviours.

The invited speakers’ list includes Nanda Wijermans (Stockholm Resilience Centre), Matthias Meyer (Hamburg University of Technology), Gary Polhill (James Hutton Institute), and Wander Jager (Groningen University).
