Postdoc Positions at University of Michigan:
Two Post-Doctoral positions are available to develop complex system models that will advance the science of infection transmission. One is in the Center for Advancing Microbial Risk Assessment is available to work with Drs. James Koopman and Joseph Eisenberg in the area of infection spread through populations via environmental intermediates. A second
position will build on recent advances in understanding HIV transmission. Agent based models will be used to analyze the transmission system using data on HIV genetic sequences from infected individuals. Ideally some familiarity with phylogenetic analysis as well as complex system modeling is desired for this position.
