Sebastiano Alessio Delre is Assistant Professor at the Bocconi University in Milan. He obtained his PhD at the University of Groningen in Economics under the supervision of Wander Jager. His research interests focus on consumer behavior, market dynamics, innovation diffusion, social networks and agent based models. His publication record includes articles in relevant international journals like “Journal of Product Innovation Management” and “Journal of Business Research”.

Today social simulation models have the maturity and the capacity to substantially contribute to the most relevant research in social sciences. The candidature of Alessio is mainly oriented to this goal.

He aims at increasing the research quality of the social simulation community and at improving the reputation and the visibility of its works.
